With 15 years experience as Creative and Marketing Director, I have worked on both the agency and client side of the business, managing teams of up to 17 and ensuring all project timelines and budgets are on target.


My background includes website/ e-commerce development, mobile email, UI/UX and product development, print advertising, package design, brand development, copy writing and trade shows as well as marketing communications. All creative is results driven based on performance analytics from A/B and multivariate testing.


My career highlights have included launching 3 Dalbar award winning Fortune 100 Financial websites. More recently, I was responsible for the complete/user-centric visual and navigational restructuring of DisneyStore.com and MarvelStore.com overseeing the Interactive Design department, the Copy Writing group and the Email Creative group – merging creative vision with e-commerce while providing a uniquely Disney experience.


My experience includes successful initiatives that span the toy, entertainment, travel, financial, beauty, vitamin supplement, body building and advertising industries.
